Expense ratios are as follows: SmartGrowth Lipper Optimal Conservative Index Fund: 8.96% (gross) 1.50% (net); SmartGrowth Lipper Optimal Growth Index Fund: 3.53% (gross) 1.50% (net); SmartGrowth Lipper Optimal Moderate Index Fund: 3.67% (gross) 1.50% (net). The Adviser has contractually agreed to waive fees and reimburse expenses until May 31, 2011. In the absence of current fee waivers, total return would be reduced.

The Fund does impose a 4.75% sales charge on purchases and imposes a 2% redemption fee on redemptions of shares held for less than 7 days.
